Founder & CEO
Vinit brings 17+ years of real estate experience spanning buy-and-hold, value-add rehab, private lending, self-storage and multifamily syndication. He has led the acquisition of $400M+ in multifamily assets — more than 2,500 units across eight states — on behalf of 450+ accredited investors.
His edge is operations: strong management and steadily higher operating income. Before real estate, Vinit built a career in corporate technology and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science. He is a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey and served as president and treasurer of a 250+ unit luxury condominium.
